I am an adaptable professional with a rich background in education, project and event management, and a passion for creative and community-building projects. Currently, I work on several projects, including mentoring school assistants and preparing large PR events for brands. Earlier, I’ve managed creative teams for branding and consulting projects, and helped establish business processes for international offices.With a background in psychology and event management, I thrive in environments that require creative problem-solving, intercultural communication, and team leadership. Whether in the classroom or in business, I aim to create meaningful connections and results.Apart from my "office" persona:I’m deeply connected to animals, having worked with horses and dogs in various capacities, including psychological training sessions. In Dubai, I organize desert horseback rides and activities at a horse rescue center in Ras Al Khaimah, blending my love for animals with unique experiences.And also I'm a big fan of backpacking. My love for travel started with a solo trip from Shanghai to Bangkok in 2015, and since then, I’ve explored Mongolia on horseback, celebrated New Year in a remote Vietnamese village, and ventured through Southeast Asia. I specialize in curating unique itineraries and finding off-the-beaten-path adventures.
