Promote client products at assigned regional venues. Talk to consumers about our clients product, as a represntative for Hype. Compile data from consumers on likes and dislikes of products being promoted, to better improve the promotional product for our client in the future. Conduct in-house face-to-face visits with seniors. Case note any discrepancy, financial fraudulent exploitation or elderly abuse by relatives or CNA's in which the seniors resided. Report if any red flags arose to Milwaukee County Elderly Abuse Office and begin investigation. RN and CM both documented visits on a daily basis and met needs of seniors in placing medical supply orders senior lacked in the home. RN and CM ensured the accommodations met seniors needs and that seniors felt taken care of and were cared for.

Worked with Milwaukee County in documenting any elder abuse, fraudulent behavior amongst family members or caregivers in Seniors homes/Nursing home and habitual environments. Visited clients on a monthly basis with RN-Case Manager to perform monthly vitals. Followed-up all cases with consistent medical orders on seniors behalf, reported suspicious behavior by CNA/RN staff in nursing homes/suspicious behavior by family members in seniors homes, to Milwaukee County.

Interview/Place +55 seniors in Host Agencies that work with SCSEP in training seniors in new job skills. Recruit Host Agency's of Profit and Non-Profit origin to work with our agency in giving our participants the opportunity to learn "on the job training" with unsubsidized pay, as an asset to their agency in hopes of permanent placement as a "Staff Employee" within 6-12 months. Ultimate goal is to EXIT participants within one year and have them placed into LIVE working positons.

Work closely with District Police Departments as well as with District Attorneys on cases involving domestic violence. Counsel, educate, assist our domestic violence victims and provide tools and techniques on how to break the cycle of violence. Provide guidance, support, resources and shelter to victims. Organize safety planning and domestic violence programs for victims to achieve abuse free lives.

Recruit/Source candidates for Citi Bank in the area of customer service call center positions such as: Collections/Fraud/Sales/Management. Ensure that candidates were well versed, met screening qualifications set forth by Citi, as well as look into work history/bonding issues with each potential candidate profile. Trained new staff, met weekly metrics goals, helped write-up "Phone Screen" to be used for Citi Recruiters at Pinstripe, translated Phone Screens from English to Spanish.
