In my Master's thesis I matured neural networks with aphidicolin. I cultured and differentiated human pluripotent stem cells, followed their maturation with microelectrode array, verified protein expression with immunocytochemistry, checked proliferation with ELISA-based BrdU-method and cell viability with Live/Dead, monitored cell growth and morphology by microscoping and with time-lapse imaging (Cell-IQ).Master’s thesis (Functional neural networks - maturation with aphidicolin).

Working as a summer trainee in Johanna Schleutker's cancer genetics group. Performing different laboratory analysis from patient samples - extracting DNA from whole blood, PCR analysis and genotyping, screening mutations with HRM (High Resolution Melting) technique, and culturing lymphoblasts.
