Schipluiden

Bed & Breakfast Rechthuis van Zouteveen is situated in the heart of the lovely countryside of Midden Delfland, also known as the little green heart. On the horizon you find the cities of The Hague, Rotterdam, Delft (with her historic centre and University) and Vlaardingen. Closer by are picturesque villages like Schipluiden, Maasland and 't Woudt.Our B&B is located in a historic building, where law was pronounced from 1651 to 1740. Hence the name 'Rechthuis'. After that it had the function of a farm until 1960. The building is classified as a national monument. After a major restoration, we opened our doors for the first guests on 1 July 2011.In 2013, an old barn was converted into a romantic holiday home suitable for 5 people. The house is called Vlaardingse Schouw.In 2016 we bought the adjacent pumping station and converted it into a special holiday home with an industrial look. This building has the status of a municipal monument. It is called Pomphuis van Zouteveen and is suitable for 4 people.
