I was supporting Vodafone Spain Customer Team by managing IP projects. Typically these are deployment of IP solution based on Cisco or Juniper IP routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and other IP products that are completed with Consulting and Systems Integration services such as planning, audits or migrations. I have defined and maintained the project plan, managed subcontractors, handled ordering and invoicing with logistics and coordinated installation from site surveys to acceptations, in accordance with PMBOK recommendations.As the main responsible person of IP projects towards the customer, I have worked as the main interface for all these projects, having regular follow-up meetings with customer and controlled internally these projects with Project Managers. Additionally, I have given support to Customer Team and Procurement in preparing offers and RFQs.

I was leading a team as a Solid Line Manager for twelve Technical Project Managers (TPM) in Sub-region South (consisting of Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Albania and Israel). Each TPM supports at least one, some several Customer Teams for Network Implementation projects. Earlier, TPMs were not a team in this sub-region so I have created it by e.g. organizing regular team meetings, setting and reviewing targets, evaluating performance and managing development planning. Additionally, I have co-operated closely with HR and actively promoted and managed action planning and training for the team members. As a concrete result, 70% of our team members are certified TPMs. The feedback about my leadership skills that I have received from the team members, my superior and other colleagues has been very positive.

Based in Mexico, I was responsible for the presales of Nokia products for Circuit Core, supporting Telefonica and America Moviles accounts. This was done in close collaboration with Sales Directors and Account Managers for the offering preparation.I created Business Cases and technical solutions for the customers used Value Based Marketing for argumentation, created Network Element configurations and participated in pricing. In addition, I have given several customer presentations both in English and Spanish and participated in sales negotiations up to CxO level.

As Product Manager in Mobile Switching Product Business Management, I was responsible for product concept definition for Nokia Voice over IP Server (NVS). NVS is used as stand-alone solution and also as part of IP Multimedia System (IMS).In addition, I was a Product Manager for the following products:- DX 200 Operation and Maintenance Functions of DX 200 Fixed Switching Systems- DX 200 Traffic Administration- DX 200 Access Interfaces (e.g. V5)In addition of managing several sales, product projects and programs, I was responsible for SAP R/3 system product data migration project in Fixed Switching Product Line.

As a Product Area Manager in Fixed Switching Product Marketing/Management, I led a Network Elements product team consisting of around ten Product Managers. Based on the 360 degree analysis I received, my people leadership skills are exceptionally good. I also recruited actively and successfully several new people into our team.In addition, I was a Product Manager for the following products:- DX 220 Fixed Switching Center- Multimedia Gateway for Fixed Networks

I worked as R&D Engineer (as trainee before my graduation) in Nokia Switching Systems, developing DX 200 platform. I was responsible for several program blocks in area of System Maintenance.
