Main responsibilities: - Financial communication, its tools, channels, and services- Financial reporting process and its development - Building an equity story including strategy updates, annual CMD messages and delivering it through various channels - Meeting with equity analysts and investors, planning and participating management roadshows - IR strategy and target setting. Frequent work with regulatory publications, various communications projects and working groups (crisis communication, issues management, social media, annual report), strategy implementation, discussing with all stakeholders including the international financial press. Follow-up of financial regulations and legislation, business environment and macroeconomic issues, as well as market perception. Responsibility for on-line communications and services including mobile and social media channels (2010: The Best investor web site in Finland). Expertise in project management, communications planning and budgeting, development projects, event planning and management, team leadership and supervisory role.

Heading Metso’s IR team of three experts, responsibility for Metso’s Investor Relations and Financial communications, managing relationships to analysts, investors, financial media, and other stakeholders.
