Als gecertificeerd trainer in invloedrijk communiceren verzorg ik via bureau Zuidema Franstalige trainingen voor het Franse bedrijfsleven.

Om de omvang van de inzet van externe docenten te verkleinen werd dit beheer in zeer korte tijd gedecentraliseerd. Mijn taken bestonden o.a. uit het snel concretiseren van beleid, creëren van transparantie, aandragen van concrete procesverbeteringen op het thema inzetplanning, datagedreven sturen op het capaciteits- en benuttingsvraagstuk en het begeleiden.

In een nieuw opgezet centraal programma ter ondersteuning van de faculteiten kwam ik tot een gedragen advies voor het inrichten van EU-vertegenwoordiging. Ik gaf inzicht in de prestaties in Horizon2020 en heb deze analyses in samenwerking met Business Intelligence geautomatiseerd in een BI dashboard in SAP. Er werd zo voor het eerst daadwerkelijk inzicht.
