For JPMorgan Chase Bank (and its predecessors, Chase Bank and Chemical Bank) managed a group of lawyers who represented the firm in all aspects of its capital markets business, including derivatives, foreign exchange, funding, securitization and fixed income securities. Also focused on management of legal and reputational risk, including netting of counterparty exposure, as well as on regulation of bank-affiliated broker-dealers.
