Global Project Manager position in KONE's internal service design project.

I was project manager responsible for various internal delivery projects in SDM Nordics. Together with my team we delivered 9 SiteCore web sites in one year. They were implemented on the Adecco global platform.

Turku/Oslo

I worked as a project manager responsible of implementation and deployment of MS SharePoint 2010 as an internet and intranet platform for Turku University. Project took 2 years. In this project I worked in close co-operation with the vendor of the system, IT department and Communications department of Turku University. I was responsible for procurement and deployment of the whole university’s most important communication tool with 25 000 users including both personnel and students. I planned everything from the procurement process to implementation of the concept and visual design as well as communication and training plans. I controlled that the vendor delivered according to the contract and accepted the part deliveries. Testing and issue reporting was also on my responsibility. Very important role in project management is the expectations management which I think was the key to success in this project.

Turku

I was responsible of a project which implemented a net bank. User interface coding was bought from a daughter company and concept design from a freelancer as well as the visuals. I was also responsible of the vendor work for the present production systems. I lead vendor work for the daughter company iKassa's deployment of the inkasso system.

I worked mainly as a consultant project manager for a big client. The project was a big brand renewal of their net bank. I was an overall project manager leading the design project on the conceptual level with the bank personnel, plus ordering the needed interface design and coding from Trainers’ House as well. I had an IT project manager responsible of the technical implementation working under me. I reported to the steering group.

I had mostly design projects which included the concept and visual design and interface programming of many different web solutions.

Quality Management tasks in all kinds of projects in different channels. QM tasks including planning, designing test cases, executing, monitoring and controlling of the test process. I took part in process development in defining Satama Unified Process and acted as a project manager in Satamas certification project. I acted as Quality Competence team leader for year 2002.
