The transition to a sustainable society is crucial for the future of this planet. We need a system change in the way industries work and customers consume. Starting with a change in mind-set following by the way we operate. The transition to a reliable, just, secure and carbon-free energy system is fundamental. In addition, our society is becoming more and more digital and therefore increasingly complex. The energy transition and digital transition are closely linked: one cannot exist without the other.My ambition is to help accelerate change by developing initiatives and creating partnerships to realize a reliable, just, secure and carbon-free energy system. I believe we need female leadership in our coalitions to develop new solutions through valuable collaborations. As Program Director System Integration at Topsector Energy, I work with a wide range of decision-makers, innovation managers, changemakers and others in industry, universities, NGO's and government, leading initiatives and building coalitions in the Netherlands and beyond. Through this, I work towards a sustainable future for generations to come.
