I am a partner in the Corporate, Commercial and Financial Litigation department of BarentsKrans. My work focuses on preventing and settling national and international disputes within and between companies and/or joint ventures (Corporate and Commercial Litigation). This covers disputes within companies (internal struggles between shareholders/directors) as well as directors’ and officers’ liability, takeover disputes and trade disputes. I am a litigation expert: I have extensive experience conducting proceedings before the Netherlands Enterprise Chamber, in provisional relief proceedings, before state courts and in arbitration.
