Within the program, three major e-business projects, MijnNN (extranet for insurance consultant), Interior and Commercial Services Portal Software (decentralized software for the insurance consultant). These three projects were tackled as separate releases. Since the same products in different channels were rolled out, it was decided to merge these three projects. It included the implementation of new products on the three channels, and communication with VA office, training office staff, etc.
