1. Supervising Utility Diversion Works on Electrical rate 132 kV, 32kV and 13.8 kV and Telecommunication utilities that are hit by the Riyadh Metro Project.2. Provides documentation and weekly inspection of the sample traction container for Riyadh Metro Project and the works done under Utility Diversion Electrical.3. Monitor the inventories of Cables, Electrical Tools, Consumables and many other materials related to electrical works through electronic programs.4. Supervise the fabrication of lighting poles, lighting for street works, arrow lights and repairs of basic equipment and material damages.5. Design temporary electrical wiring with the use of generators to light up the streets and safeguard the pedestrians and vehicles as well.6. Ensure that the designs and implementations of the works are according to the standards of Saudi Electric Company and the site conditions.7. Coordinate with the procurement and with the supplier to ensure that items are delivered on time.8. Work with the database system to formalize and to systematize the reports for material costing, inventories, and current inventories which are not used.9. Control the documents that include equipments, tools and other materials which are non-consumables in order to assure the proper accountability in case of items lost through the use of trustsheets.

1. Supervise the work of 150 electricians in the building.2. Provides accomplishment reports, non-conformance report of the subcontractors, issues and monitoring reports to the Project In-Charge and to the Project Manager if needed.3. Inspect electrical tools, materials and equipments during delivery to ensure that it pass to the quality set by the company and that it suit to the plan according to the approve drawings.4. Coordinate with the building owner and the consultant regarding plans which cannot be accommodated in actual site conditions, lacking details on plans and inquiries about the plans.5. Ensure that the installation of temporary wiring is safe for all the workers.6. Design temporary wiring that is capable of handling load changes and ensure that the design is capable of giving enough supply for every floor level as required by all trade contractors.7. Organize testing and commissioning with the consultant’s side, general contractor’s side, owner’s representative and subcontractor’s side.8. Rectify all the punchlists which fall to the electrical scope of work on time.9. Handles owner’s complaints, questions and raises suggestions to the other party if needed.10. Coordinate with the other trade contractors to ensure that works are sequenced as approved by the team.11. Handover areas which are ready for the next trade contractor’s work as indicated in the work sequence/flow.
