In the event of a reorganisation, cross-border migration or transfer of registered seat or turnaround insolvency legislation, regulation and jurisprudence becomes increasingly important. The object of the association is to promote the interest in and knowledge of comparative and international insolvency law and all that is related thereto or could be conducive thereto. The association organises conferences, seminars, workshops and courses, initiating student initiatives, issuing and distributing publications. Show less

De Stichting Isai Ma(i)yam wil de omstandigheden van de allerarmste (wees)kinderen en jongeren in Pondicherry en omgeving drastisch verbeteren en hun een kansrijke toekomst bieden. Isai Ma(i)yam biedt deze kinderen onderdak, goede educatie en emotionele en financiële ondersteuning. Want kinderen hebben het recht om zich zo goed mogelijk te ontwikkelen. Zo kunnen ze uiteindelijk op eigen benen staan en zelf duurzaam in hun levensonderhoud voorzien. Bovendien zijn zij met hun verkregen kennis en vaardigheden op hun beurt weer een steun voor naaste familieleden, buren en anderen.Daarnaast zet Isai Ma(i)yam zich in voor de plaatselijke bevolking in en rond Pondicherry door het verzorgen van dans- en muzieklessen aan kansarme kinderen en door de opvang, gedurende vijf dagen per week, van gehandicapte kinderen en jong-volwassenen.
