The IT team of Red een Kind / Help a Child joined forces with the IT team of Dorcas.I am coordinating the IT changes within Red een Kind/Help a Child and/or leading projects to enable that change.Current project is digitalizing the sponsorship administration with the systems Salesforce and Kobo Collect, by coordinating the configuration and testing in the systems, coordinating a training in the countries and making sure the implementation of the change will go smoothly. Coordinating Cyber Security globally for Red een Kind and Dorcas.

In this job I am responsible for the Value Delivery process of our IT departement (20 FTE). The VD process support C-suite in their prioritization choices for the global projects.VD leads and guides the IT departement in the New agile way of working.The VD team itself exists of 4 Product managers, a scrum manager, a project manager and a global implementation manager.Next to managing the VD team, I also lead two global strategic priority projects; 1) a program managers toolkit (in Salesforce) including reporting and compliance for approximately 600 program managers in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East 2)a new self-built platform to exchange and manage data with the highest security standards.

- Proactief adviseren en ondersteunen diverse gebruikersgroepen van Osiris.- Inventariseren gewenste of noodzakelijke applicatiewijzigingen en implementatie daarvan.- Adviseren in ontwikkelingen in bedrijfsprocessen die raakvlakken hebben met Osiris- Zorgdragen voor een doelmatig gebruik, het operationeel houden en onderhouden van de applicatie, inclusief het up to date houden van documentatie i.s.m. technisch beheerder en leverancier- Overleggen en afspraken maken met functioneel en technisch beheerders van andere applicaties via de afdeling Informatiemanagement om op tactisch en operationeel niveau de samenhang tussen applicaties te borgen.- Onderhouden contacten met de leverancier en collega functioneel beheerders bij andere instellingen.

- Belast met de overgang van afdeling CNV Internationaal van een maatwerk pakket naar standaard pakket (projectmodule van Axapta). - Initieren van ombuiging / verandering van procedures in dusdanige mate dat naar tevredenheid, maar met het uitgangspunt 0% maatwerk, de specifieke ontwikkelingssamenwerkingsprocedures in het ERP pakket Axapta gewaarborgd worden. - Ontwikkelen/realiseren van rapportages tbv donateurs BuZa.- Ontwikkelen/realiseren van management informatie.- Optimaliseren processen m.b.t. ICT op de afdeling.

Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, beheer, de continuïteit en verbetering van de pakketten Corsa (Midoffice, Workflow- en Document Management Systeem), Protos (procesbeschrijvingspakket) en Smart Documents (sjablonentool m.b.v. Word). Projectleider project ‘zaakgericht werken’ (zie projecten). Advisering m.b.t. gebruik, aanpassing, uitbreiding en/of releases van de applicaties afgestemd op de gestelde eisen binnen de werkprocessen en de vigerende wetgeving. Maken van managementinformatie en opleiden medewerkers.

Hoevelaken

Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verbetering van de processen binnen de afdeling Finance & Control, voornamelijk door middel van automatisering. Daarnaast aanspreekpunt en functioneel applicatiebeheer voor twee maatwerkpakketten (o.a. CRMpakket).

Werkzaamheden o.a.: Voeren van functioneringsgesprekken en beoordelingsgesprekken, voorzitten werkoverleg, zorg dragen voor kwaliteitshantering conform kwaliteitshandboek (ISO), verzorgen van mailings, acquisitie, controlewerkzaamheden, initiëren van beleidswerkgroepen, testen en deelnemen aan diverse projecten
