My biggest strength is taking something from good to great. Whether I am designing intentional learning experiences, leading a group, or mentoring a colleague, my greatest satisfaction comes from finding the right way for that experience, group, or colleague to be it's best. Pair that with my love of intentional, meaningful interactions and you've got my leadership philosophy. I describe myself as Confidently Collaborative - I know where we're going, but I want to know the routes each one of you would take. Over the past 10 years working in Higher Education, I've developed a deep love of learning outside the classroom. To be honest, what I remember most about my college experience are the lessons learned living with roommates, having conflict with my friends, or navigating awkward social situations. My biggest professional accomplishment is designing, leading and implementing an intentional community engagement plan that has transformed my work to truly highlight those life lessons learned outside the classroom.
