 Responsible for effective and fast, recruitment process both internally & externally. Execute pre-screening and/or face to face interview for walk-in applicants prior for the clients demand. Screen resume sent on-line by reviewing their educational background, career and technical specialization prior for qualifications needed by the client. Source out CVs from various applications sent via email, on line application jobsfair etc. Responsible for posting of internal and external job adverts. Prepare for interview such as: receive and screen resumes, make plan of interview, inform to candidates. Participate in recruiting events such as Jobs fair, Special recruitment activity Responsible for monitoring of selected candidates during interview of clients. Trained new hired employee regarding for basic recruitment procedure. Preparation of management information- monthly, quarterly and annually. Participate in monthly meeting with the supervisor, managerial and employee. Assist client during the final interview of candidates.
