Working closely with two Branch executives, responsible for operations, program development, and program delivery for 13 licensed school-age program sites, 2 early learning centers, and numerous summer camp programs. Oversees operations of Club units and programs with a focus on program development and implementation; staff development; supervision of assigned Directors and other staff; strategic planning; facilities; volunteers; and budget management. Serves as the Club representative to various board committees and community organizations. • Lead the development and implementation of organizational program goals, in relation to need and available resources, to facilitate achievement of Priority Outcomes.• Evaluate overall program effectiveness on the basis of participation and achievement of stated goals; recommends modifications to improve program performance, as appropriate.• In conjunction with Director of Finance, coordinate operational budget development; monitor and report variances in expenditures• Manage administrative and operational processes, overseeing the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and other facilities.• Manage performance of assigned Directors and other staff in achieving goals, providing assistance in program design, development, community relations and program operations.• Observes and evaluates job performance of assigned staff.• In conjunction with the HR and Finance Director, plan and implement a staff development and training program.• Develop collaborative partnerships with other youth serving organizations, members, parents, families and community organizations.• Ensures the completion of required reports for grants or otherwise; and preparation of any required interagency reports.• Oversee operational strategic planning, providing perspective on staffing and employee development needs to support strategic directions.• Ensures an effective volunteer program is active and productive.
