Control & monitor the results of the organization according to the approved budget.Identify & assess internal and external issues that could affect the firm. Identify and evaluate the risks to the organization (clients, staff, financial targets).Oversee the implementation of the humanresources policies, procedures and practices. Ensure that all staff receives an orientation to the organization and that appropriate training/coaching is provided. Ensure that the work culture and working environment in the firm is contributing to promote positive work environment. Draft, implement & review the internal policies as appropriate.Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the firm’s profile.
