Technology is ever changing and I love it! We must adapt and move with the change. The changes in technology ultimately forces change in business and customer needs. Therefore, we must act proactively, efficiently and quickly (without sacrificing quality) to implement solutions that will meet or exceed the needs of both the business and customer. To do this, projects must be managed with great care, passion and focus. I have led multiple projects and worked to successfully implement new solutions. Whether the project is related to a product, system or a process, my goal was to ensure the projects are implemented within scope, schedule, budget and quality. Additionally, I have worked to motivate project teams to work collectively to meet or exceed the needs of the project. When a project comes to a close, I take pride in knowing that the end results met or exceeded expectations and will ultimately satisfy the customer and improve their experience!My expertise extends to problem solving and analysis, conflict resolution on a team and situational leadership.
