Responsible for conceiving, developing, and presenting agency and industry-specific leadership, executive and organizational development programs. In this role accomplishments include elevating program offerings to address the organization’s rapid expansion; a complete reorganization of the group’s training and development programs; creating new initiatives to address new managers; the launch of executive roundtables to accommodate the unique needs of senior management; coordinating the search, evaluation, and implementation of 360 Assessment partners and developing programs to comply with staff development activities required by governmental agencies and /or accrediting bodies, especially the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities;

Oversight of multiple campus sites within the metro area. • Educational Professional- Developed programs that met the needs of a student population of 1,500, which included students facing various challenges with respect to the psychosocial, biological dimension of their life situations.• Outcomes Assessment Statistical Strategies- Developed statistical tools to report on academic outcome assessment. Tracked and evaluated student learning on class, course, program, and institutional levels.
