In February, I assumed the Mobile Lead role within my position in conjunction with our IT Testing WEB team being realigned under the e-Business Testing umbrella. Along with my existing work on the management of Internet impacted projects for the CitiCards Account Online customer web platform (from a System Integration Testing perspective), validation efforts expand across different lines of businesses. With that growth, my role now incorporates the mobile device testing for the evergrowing Mobile Banking initiative. Among key roles, we engage in the project lifecycles for new features/enhancements/ products, etc to deliver the highest quality of validation prior to implementation. The role consists of managing the production/ review/approval of project artifacts such as Business Requirements, Software Application Design Documents, Test Plans, Executable/Traceable Scripts, Estimates, etc.. All test coordination is for the enhancement or delivery of new products supported on the Account Online platform on the Citicards.com and Citibank.com sites.

I have served as a System Test Lead/Tester/Test Manager to ensure quality validation of web based Citi Cards projects impacting the functionality of the Account Online customer facing applicationI participate in the Business Requirements Document (BRD) & System Detail Design reviews to ensure data provided is concise/testable/sizeable. Based on those approved artifacts, I create testing effort estimates (E0, E1, E2) that support the full Software Development Life Cycle. I have continuous interaction with functional/technical managers, project managers, test managers, test executioners, & third party vendors to ensure the delivery of high quality validation/defect resolution. I am accountable for the development & execution against Test Plans & test scripts; I ensure traceability from the scripts to the BRD & Design documents. I create/manage/execute test scripts for assigned projects; provide testing targets, track Test Execution Metrics (TEM), & maintain updated weekly status via Quality Center reporting. I also manage the weekly update/distribution of the Release Test Management Calendar (RTM) which is widely used across IT and E-Business groups to reference key deliverable dates/timeframes
