Summary: Supervise Production personnel and direct the flow of product in thedesignated area of responsibility. Establish and enforce policies and procedures toensure production commitments are met, as well as proper documentation is completedin accordance to company policy, GMP and regulatory requirements. Interface withMarketing, Planning, Purchasing, QA, Engineering and Regulatory affairs on process,product and inventory related issues.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs any combination of following tasks toassemble and package spinal implants and related products:•Interface with customer service, engineering and marketing on inventory andother production related issues•Lead and direct a group of employees in the designated area•Perform high level JDE transactions & troubleshooting•Ensure compliance to manufacturing procedures•Ensure proper training compliance•Maintain timesheet records for all direct reports•Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures•Conduct annual and 90-Day performance reviews•Assess capital equipment, staffing and other capacity needs•Ensure production requirements are met

Oversee all aspects of the Operation Center in the absence of the Operations Center Manager.-Ensure that Operation Center staff is properly trained in utilizing OSI and/or SMS (as appropriate) for routing, scheduling, and vault assignments.-Manage implementation and administration of new and existing policies and procedures.-Review Operation Center routing monthly to identify possible changes to increase productivity.-Ensure that Operation Center is adhering to all safety and security policies.-Establish a schedule for checking Operation Center security procedures and vault audits.-Ensure that Operation Center is in compliance with State regulatory firearms licenses and re-qualifications.-Responsible for hiring, training and developing all staff, including maintenance technicians.-Ensure that resources are available to cover absences for all field positions include any vacancies of supervisors, leads, drivers, technicians and vault personal for an unspecified (reasonable) period of time while long term arrangements can be made.-Open and close building for day to day operations i.e. alarms, vault, etc.-Monitor mileage logs, maintenance checks, and overall functions of company vehicles.-Oversee all security issues within the Operation Center.-Monitor staff firearm licenses, uniforms, etc.-Coordinate and provide current and new employee training when necessary.

The position duties include: ' Completing routes as assigned ' Loading and unloading the trucks at various client sites ' The ability to work with a partner and follow specific safety procedures. ' Items of value must be thoroughly inspected to ensure properly sealed condition before releasing or accepting custody. ' Maintain vigilance of immediate surroundings and activity of others for safety reasons.

General management of clinics operations, human resources, billing and collections and business development, including marketing to physician offices.

Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.

Direct territory responsibilities included weekly visits to orthopaedic surgeons’ offices, hospitals in the territory for in-service presentations, and assisting surgeons (non scrubbing) in surgery with select EBI products. Additional responsibilities include office presentations to surgeons, PA’s and NPR’s when new products were announced or if additional or revised technique manuals are introduced and Marketing EBI products to non-users and arranging for surgeons to attend physician forums for select product lines.
