Before forming Benton & Muse, I garnered a reputation for building high-performing teams, establishing organizational advancements, and orchestrating complex projects. I also have a penchant for innovation, born out of my enthusiasm for problem-solving, which enabled and defined my almost three-decade career. The secret sauce to my success has been my ability to consistently coach, mentor, and grow leaders from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
