Mark, an Assist One founder and Managing Director, is the company's groundbreaker who leads the Assist One team with mastery and imagination. As the Chief Technology Officer, Mark provides oversight as well as day-to-day management of the company's technology related solutions design, development, client service delivery and management.Mark has more than two decades of information technology experience in management consulting and technology roles within Big 4 Consulting, Fortune 100, government, and public and private sector businesses. He provides expert consulting and development services in the areas of data storage, business intelligence analysis, security, business continuity and risk management as well as product development and systems integration solutions.Previously, Mark worked for Deloitte's management consulting practice in their enterprise risk services group where he was responsible for providing technology consulting and enterprise risk related services including business continuity, technology risk management, information security and litigation consulting across multiple client sector industries nationally with specific offerings to healthcare, financial services and public sector clients within the firm's northeast region. Prior to Deloitte, Mark worked for the Travelers Insurance Companies in their nationally recognized accelerated information technology management program.Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Masters of Science from Boston University's Graduate School of Management where he was recognized for his professional career achievements as an Outstanding Alumnus of the internationally recognized dual degree MS/MBA graduate program.
