- Provide training regarding setup, implementation, and troubleshooting on Assistive Technology Solutions for individuals who are not able to speak
- Chair for Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to review bugs and feature enhancements by leading and documenting progress among the Product Management, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support.
