Mark possesses more than 25 years experience in providing audit, accounting, and tax services to clients in the financial service and broker dealer industry. This includes auditing under PCAOB standards for purposes of issuing an audit opinion for his clients to meet regulatory reporting requirements. In addition, Mark also specializes in the real estate industry, where he provides audit, accounting and tax services to owners of commercial and residential real estate. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and is also Accredited in Business Valuation and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He specializes in the preparation and review of business valuation reports for financial reporting purposes, as well as for estate and gift tax purposes.Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.Mark is also a member of the NYSSCPA Stockbrokerage Committee, where he recently completed his term as Committee Chair. Mark is a frequent speaker at their technical session and annual conference.
