Worked with patients 20-40 years of age at a musculoskeletal clinic.

Worked in the hospital and the community setting and had 4 different types of placement each four weeks long. The age group of the client I was treating was approximately 50-70 years of age. - Surgical respiratory- Community rehabilitation- Stroke rehabilitation - Elderly rehabilitation

While working with Lifemark Seniors, I had the privilege of leading senior exercise classes which consisted of 15-20 elderly participants in organizations which included: Chartwell retirement residence, Oakville seniors citizens residence, and Seneca Seniors day program. I used this experience as a tool to assist me in furthering my education in the field of physiotherapy, as I was given the opportunity to assess the social, physical, and psychological health of my clients. I would also educate them about the different strategies that they could use to avoid their chance of falling, and the different lifestyle modifications they could make to either prevent or slow the progression of osteoporosis.
