Charted the company’s operational workflows from top to bottom and identified areas for improved efficiency. Took a company of 60 employees from a disorderly ad-hoc method of managing projects to a standardized and metrics-based approach, capturing critical KPI data. Custom-built Project Management tools added accountability and oversight where there was none. Introduced a reporting dashboard to management that reflects the health of all client-facing projects.

Supported the executive search function and board diversity building projects on the Human Capital team. Worked closely with Tech Ops to support portfolio company business building efforts. Assisted the Rise Climate team as they vetted new deals.

Provided strategy, research, and operations consultation on events, grant writing, business development, and board management.

Supported the CEO in daily administration and business development tasks. Managed eight industry-focused events with local speakers, increasing our reputation as industry thought-leaders. Completed major facilities enhancements including an office remodel with installation of telecom/VC technologies in order to create a fitting environment to host events and speakers
