Mark Adams has spent his career helping companies and investment firms maximize stock value and return on investment—drawing on technology industry expertise and relationships to identify value creation through complementary investments and go-to-market opportunities.Today, he draws on the interplay between stakeholder motivations and regulatory frameworks to help institutions evaluate market offerings, capital allocation, operational efficiency, performance potential, and competitive positioning.As a corporate development executive with buy- and sell-side experience, Mark partners with C-suites, investment banks, investment teams, and boards to identify, analyze, and execute acquisitions (e.g., market extensions, roll ups), partnerships and investments, and divestitures.He also works with HNW individuals and institutional investors to maximize returns through public and private company investments, leveraging fundamental analysis and drawing on relationships with 200+ industry leaders (e.g., board director CEOs, CFOs, senior engineers).In both executive leadership and advising roles, Mark has guided start-up to Fortune 500 companies through organizational structuring, resource and risk management, and corporate communications (BOD, shareholders, employees), as well as ethics, culture, and strategic hiring.His leadership in this area encompass architecting growth through differentiated technologies, business models, and strategic partnerships, as well as workforce, supplier, distribution, sales, and operational leadership. Additionally, he has directly overseen every corporate function, including finance, sales and marketing, and R&D, as well as SEC filing.Mark began his career in both the commercial and investment banking, with experience in global credit, mid-market M&A, and capital raising. He also managed four commercial real estate transactions for a family business in the Greater Boston Area, acting as investor and co-developer.He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in finance and business administration from Providence College. He has held board director or observer roles for Seed through Series D companies in technology, software, and IT services.
