As Chief Marketing Officer, I led the team that was responsible for the brand-building activities for General Mills' set of consumer brands as well as the training and continuing development of General Mills' marketing organization. Other activities included working with our creative agencies, our brand design team and agencies, and producing our First Wednesday monthly global marketing meetings. Other major team initiatives included building the Box Tops for Education brand into one of the nation's premiere school fundraising programs, developing Mills digital role as a leading top 5 food content provider across sites, apps, and through traditional avenues with over 300MM uniques annually and growing a robust CRM program with millions of households.
