This then synchronises with Rational Clearquest for defect management;Defect management of defects using Rational ClearQuest tool;Retesting defects;Liaising with subject Matter Experts (SMEs) regarding any specialist work that may be required to update any test cases;Liaising with Developers on any matters that arise during a test cycle e.g. documentation or execution problem;Team leader, reporting to Test Manager, of a project for over a year;Attend management meetings alongside/instead of test lead/manager;Creation of iteration and system test plans using Word;Creation of test reports after each iteration/cycle;Mentor new testers;Build test rig to the requirements specified in Master Test Plans and software installation ready for execution;Completed Selenium Fundamentals course via HP University facility.
