Launched the first digital Argos store set inside a Sainsburys store after a pilot trial in 10 stores. Set up from staff recruitment and training to full stocking and launch in October. Store was the highest over achiever on sales forecast across peak 2016 whilst keeping a tight stock control and training up a deputy manager and 2 new to role team leaders.Integrated well with Sainsburys and built a key network with HUB store which was key in becoming one of the highest turnover per square foot store.
