 Closed in excess of $25 million in Revenue, in over 30 different accounts. Built territory from minimal base to fastest growing territory in the US. Maintained greater than 100% to quota for the past 5 years. Sold and installed ProcedureStation into 8 OR’s and 6 CathLabs in the last two years. Participated and as a leader in the IPS process in the South Region. Have successfully built and verified documented reference sites in the OR and CathLab. Developed an existing financial tracking tool to an accepted OR financial tracking tool. Developed a team approach to the sale, implementation and customer development.

 Have financially proven product effectiveness at Duke, Vanderbilt and MUSC. Participated in the growth of the supply market of over 20% each year in the Mid-South Suggested new products enhancements that have resulted in better customer service. Actively supported and participated in training of SA’s and Operations Staff. Participated in team selling in strategic Cardinal accounts. ie… Duke, Memorial Savannah, Grady Health System, Vanderbilt, Detroit Medical Center, Shands Health Jacksonville, Wellmont, Baptist Knoxville, Roper Medical and others.

 Managed a supply budget of over $22 million while reducing expenses by over $1 million each year. Managed 83 employees in 6 Departments. Implemented new MMIS and point of use devices resulting in department efficiencies and reduction in expenses and an increase in Net Revenue. Developed and implemented a Value Analysis approach to product selection throughout the Health System. Implemented a Stockless distribution system throughout the Health System. Forecasted and managed a revenue center of approx. $180 million. Increased the customer service rating from 1.3 to 4.0 on a 5 point scale with a customer population of approx. 130 departments in a regional area. Negotiated all contracts to include service and capital equipment annually.
