I manage student housing maintenance and housekeeping at Georgia Southern Armstrong Campus. I am responsible for budget planning, capex projects, staff hiring and management, and planning and execution of turnover. As the operations manager, I represent Corvias in the public/private partnership with the University System of Georgia on the Georgia Southern Armstrong Campus.

I supervised the building maintenance in the department of Facility Services on the Armstrong Campus . I was responsible for the electrician, plumber, locksmith and carpenter. Assigning work orders, communicating with faculty, identifying areas needing improvement, advising facilities director, inspections, signage, elevators, supervision of contractors and obtaining quotes from contractors are some of the other responsibilities I had while serving in this role.

I supervised the skilled trades at ASU and purchased materials to perform work.

I managed dormitory maintenance crew and was responsible for $10000 monthly budget. I designed a preventative maintenance plan and implemented it with a staff of technicians. During this time I identified capex concerns and recommended solutions to leadership.

Supervised the maintenance of the schools in Richmond Hill and Pembroke. With a crew of ten men I was responsible for all manner of repairs such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, athletic fields and irrigation.

I was part of a crew of eight Signalmen and Assistant Signalmen during the expansion of the B&O railroad into a double mainline. We repaired and installed signals, crossings, switches and bungalows from Chicago to Sydney, Ohio.

Maintain manufacturing equipment and supervise machine operators.
