Managed the Fujitsu TAC(Technical Assistance Center) for 5+ years. This center is a 24x7x365 of Engineers who support the Fujitsu Product line.3. Technical Support Engineer, both field, and in the FTAC. Test and turnup of all the Fujitsu Product line, and provided T2 Support in the FTAC.4. Installation Manager/Supervisor and Installer of all the Fujitsu Products, mostly on the East Coast of the US.5 Years in the USAF. and 1 Year in the Maryland National Guard. I was the NCOIC of the Personnel Readiness Unit. Served during Desert Storm.
