Responsibilities include using Learning Management Systems to coordinate and create curriculum for Career and Technical Education staff members. This includes developing and importing various online curricula, adapting it to meet the needs of variety of courses, and maintaining a system of assessment for each. Other duties include, working with area businesses to coordinate Workforce Development opportunities for students, coordinating curriculum for College and Career Promise with the local community college, managing the training and delivery post-assessments, both online and standard, maintaining accurate records, and staying instate compliance. Additionally, I am responsible for coordinating articulated creditsfor dual enrollment students, exam scheduling, training personnel, complying with allstate testing requirements and standards. I also am responsible for working with alldistrict stakeholders for planning and following the annual CTE budget, organizingregularly scheduled meetings of the Local Business Advisory Council and, as anintegral part of the core leadership team, to complete the Federal and State grant requirements.

Data-Tech Computer Services is a small business that I started in 1999. It started as mainly residential computer service, replacing modems and adding RAM, I still serve the residential customer but have expanded my service to larger businesses and corporations providing them with websites, hardwired and wireless networks, server systems, web-based business solutions, training, and various other services. In addition I also provide system upgrades, trouble shooting, repairs, and project estimates.

Responsible for coordination of high stakes testing for the Career and Technical Education Department. Identifying CTE completers and compliance with state regulations related to Career and Technical Education assessments.

Duties and responsibilities include registering, assessing and instructing students as they strive toward earning their Adult High School diploma. Duties include ensuring accurate records were kept for FTE reporting to the state, creating lesson plans, instructing students and assessing students in mathematics, reading, writing, science, and social studies. Additionally I am responsible for administering the Locator Test, TABE test, practice test and giving them feedback on their work to help them meet their goals they have set. Additionally I provide assistance with financial aid and other requirements related to community college enrollment.

Responsibilities for understanding and teaching a variety of computer related concepts, these include mail merging, spreadsheet development, developing macros, database management, webpage design, and multimedia production. I am also responsible for computer network trouble shooting, LAN management, and computer related staff training. The responsibility of maintaining the campus website is also my responsibility. These duties include training staff to use and maintain their section of the campus website, upload essential content, troubleshoot and repair various network issues, as they arise. I am accomplished at team building, managing workgroups, working under budget constraints and grant funding management.

I was responsible for understanding and teaching Computer Network Engineering. This included developing network topologies, designing the cable layout for various classrooms and offices on the campus, programming and testing Cisco switches and routers, management of the LAN, implementing various networking protocols, training staff to use new technologies and equipment. I was also responsible for designing and maintenance the campus website and uploading the different programs, forms, and applications, as technology changed.

Responsible for coordinating needs for various manufacturing facilities for established accounts and overseeing the development of new business. Worked with engineers to help with the design and implementation of various types of industrial equipment. This included working closely with engineers to help realize customer based project solutions and to insure deadlines were met. Customer base included, but was not limited to OEMs, pharmaceutical and food processing companies.

Job responsibilities included calling on current and establishing new accounts to assist with and implement industrial packaging solutions. I worked with management, suppliers, and outside consultants to develop and attain ISO9000 certifications. I worked diligently with customers to insure all national and international laws and regulations were being met in accordance with all hazardous materials testing and shipping. These included customers in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industry.
