● Assigned to our Global Operations HQ in Houston to provide commercial expertise and gain industry knowledge in the development and execution of supply chain management projects.● Managed two new project implementations for a supermajor oil and gas client and developed and optimised new processes, with contract values in the region of $40 - 80 million per year in revenue.● Led and created multiple financial feasibility studies of potential supply chain projects in West Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf of Mexico. Provided guidance to our regional business units on the final commercial proposal, resulting in a number of contract awards.● Drove the development of a set of analytical tools for the business, communicating key information across stakeholders and ensuring key project deliverables were met. The tools were piloted with great success.● Developed and built a new prototype concept to bring further efficiencies to the supply chain, resulting in potential savings of $0.6 - 1.5 million for a sample size. Next phase trials are being conducted in the field, with a view to adopt and expand.
