Major / highlight projects included:- Santander Bank Corporate Offices | Boston, MA: Project and Relocation Manager for a20-month $33 million multi-phased office design and tenant fit-out / restack project at three Boston area office facilities, totaling 245,000 SF, including fitness center construction.- Bank of America Operations Center | Malden, MA: Project and Relocation Manager for a 22-month $12.5 million design and tenant fit-out of 127,000 SF of multi-phased office andproduction floor processing rooms in one of the client’s most sensitive occupied call center / processing environments.- Sprint Nextel Corporation, “Sprint-powered workspaces” | Various U.S. cities: Project Manager for the design and tenant interior fit-out of five separate alternative office workspaces, designed to showcase technology and located in Chicago, New York, Connecticut, Atlanta and Charlotte.

Northeastern University, West Village Buildings E, G & H | Boston, MA: Assistant Superintendent, overseeing construction, field coordination and commissioning of all mechanical / electrical / plumbing / fire protection (MEP) systems of two residence halls and one combination academic / residence hall high-rise facility, totaling 441,000 SF.
