• Quality check reports of Report Specialists, make sure reports are timely and accurate• Implement, create, and update scorecards for multiple accounts• Consolidates operational data and create meaningful reports such as dashboards and presentations/decks• Handles and validates accounting information• Manages databases (Mainly MS Access)

• Creates scorecards of clients’ employees• Prepares multiple company and client reports and dashboards using Microsoft Office applications• Additional duties include ad-hoc report generating, data warehousing and analysis

• Worked with the Reporting Manager to determine ACD/Data Warehouse reporting system requirements for one or many business initiatives along with other operational data systems;• Developed reports both for internal and external clients;• Served as a functional reporting expert to determine internal call center tools and ACD systems requirements for one or many business initiatives;• Consult with functional area managers, Operations Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Training Department, IT and Clients to define reporting requirements and specifications, to meet their business needs;• Recommend and implement reporting changes within and beyond the scope of assigned responsibilities.

Accepts inbound calls from the US and provides technical assistance for printers, copiers, and fax machines.
