In my organizational experience, I've been deeply involved in various roles that have honed my leadership and project management skills. Currently serving as President of UP Kalipunan ng mga Mag-aaral ng Sosyolohiya, I oversee the organization's activities and ensure our projects align with our core values. I've delegated tasks among committee vice presidents and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to foster our development.Prior to this, I held the position of Vice President for External Affairs, where I managed partnerships and oversaw activities promoting Filipino-centered studies. My role involved fostering alumni relationships and coordinating immersions both within and outside the university.Before stepping into these leadership positions, I served as the Usapang Socio Project Head, spearheading research and career mentorship programs within the organization. Additionally, my involvement in the External Affairs Committee allowed me to craft partnership letters, establish connections, and contribute to the organization's growth.Beyond student organizations, I've gained valuable experience as a Project Assistant at the Institute of Philippine Culture and Ipsos, where I conducted data analysis, transcription, and translation for research projects. My time as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix further developed my communication and relationship-building skills.In terms of research, my interests lie in areas such as skilled migration, public health, and participatory governance. I've conducted research on topics like Filipino migration aspirations and political participation across different age groups.Overall, I bring a diverse skill set to the table, including fluency in English and Filipino, persuasive communication, adaptability, and proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, MAXQDA, and OBS. My experiences have shaped me into a capable leader, researcher, and team player ready to tackle new challenges.
