Materials Coordinator within the Drilling & Wells department in Aberdeen providing oversight on drilling, completion, trees & wellhead tangibles held within the UK business. Also providing support to inventory team along with offshore teams.Ensuring the efficient management & preparation of tangibles and material movements in support of all UK exploration, development & P&A operations, liaising with drilling, completion & wellhead engineers for requirements to meet well plans both current & future. Liaise with C&P team with requirements for tangibles & expediting of materials. Tracking tangible materials to & from warehouse to vendors or offshore.Focal point for Casing & Tubing contracted supplier & updating Casing & Tubing forecast / used plan. Where required, regards casing & tubing, liaise with vendors to organise rig prep, rig returns & repairs process. Coordinate with engineers & vendors for manufacture of casing, pups & crossovers, utilising existing stocks where feasible. Manage reconciliation of well tangibles & supporting drilling accounts to close out well costs. Manage disposal of surplus or defective drilling equipment.Complete any other reasonable tasks as delegated by Line Manager.

Provide technical support to mechanical maintenance team & resource mechanical works, planned, preventative and remedial works. Support, manage & maintain mechanical systems of works through SAP Total computerised recording system. Liaise with specialist vendors where required.• Preparing, resource and scheduling of the day-to-day mechanical works for preventative maintenance tasks & defect works• Estimating all mechanical preventative and defect work orders within SAP and compiling resource requirements. Entering history and closing out work orders• Preparation of shutdown intervention works for mechanical maintenance department including vendor specialists• Ordering & management of stock material spares, procurement of all direct purchase materials and services, liaise with vendors on technical queries, costs and invoice verification• Preparation of resources and work sites with reference to other coincident activities to ensure the effectiveness and safety of complex operation with maintenance work• Compliance with relevant specifications and standards• Maintenance of accurate and up to date records and management of master data for equipment bills of materials and task lists held within SAP• Evaluation of condition monitoring data and action as required• Technical support for Mechanical Techs with regards to technical information / drawings P & ID’s, vendor manuals, spares and bill of materials take offs• Run end of month reports for Maintenance Management team with regards to work back logs, overdue materials and reports relating to Key Performance Indicators• Attend coordination, supervision, shutdown and planning meetings• Create, maintain & enhance effective working relations• Prepare work instructions & work packs• Deploy resources• Plan, allocate and evaluate work

• Controlling material, services & marine requirements for 2 rigs on platforms for client.• Liaising with onshore drilling engineers & offshore drilling supervisors to well plan & preparing equipment requirements.• Contacting & arranging equipment requirements with all contracted service providers & procuring additional material & equipment to meet well schedule.• Tracking client stock materials to & from warehouse & arranging repairs where required to stock items.• Reconciling well materials where required & assisting drilling accounts to close out well costs.• Liaising with Marine coordinator & warehouse teams to coordinate vessels, equipment & material requirements to meet well plan & ensure vessel has capacity for mud, brine etc… • Backload of equipment, ensuring timely return of equipment to contractors , following up on missing or delayed equipment• Ship and skip operations coordinating requirements with availability of skips

• Main duties consist of facilitating smooth & expedient movement of project / construction materials to offshore assets in accordance to 90 & 14 day plans.• Liaising with third party vendors expediting orders on behalf of CNR International in order to meet schedules.• Provide support to all the key functional areas, specifically operational reporting as well as operational audits and Inventory / Rental reconciliation.• Monitoring of project materials & diverting materials to offshore assets, fabricators & third parties.• Coordination of logistical requirements between third parties & warehouse realising CNR procedures.• Liaise with Materials & Shipping departments with regards to meeting shipment plan for materials & equipment in order to meet vessel sailing schedules.• Monitoring of high priority construction items & expediting of items.• Reconciliation of project materials & implementation of storage & new stock holdings.

• Main duties consist of preparing, resource and scheduling of the day-to-day mechanical works for preventative maintenance tasks & defect works.• Estimating all mechanical preventative and defect work orders within SAP4.6D and compiling resource requirements. Entering history and closing out work orders.• Preparation of shutdown intervention works for mechanical maintenance department including vendor specialists.• Shutdown planning and co-ordination with multi-discipline teams for gas processing and utilities equipment both onshore and off.• Ordering & management of stock material spares, Procurement of all direct purchase materials and services, liase with vendors on technical queries, costs and invoice verification.• Management of master data for equipment bills of materials and task lists.• Raise fabric repair orders with regard to piping repairs and modifications & also cover civil maintenance repairs to buildings & roads.• Technical contact for Mechanical Techs with regard to technical information / drawings, P & ID’s, vendor manuals, spares and bill of materials take offs.• Run end of month reports for Maintenance Management team with regard to work back logs, overdue materials and general Key Performance .Indicators.• Conversant with Total E & P U.K. Ltd’s permit to work system and safety systems• Provide stand in cover for Mechanical supervisor in his absence overseeing mechanical technicians daily work scopes & planning.• SAP 4.6 key user providing support to other users.
