- Provides leadership and guidance to the engineering team by setting clear goals, defining priorities, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members.- Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.- Oversees the planning, and execution of engineering projects through resource allocation, budget management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, and improve product quality.- Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

- Support the FAT/SAT of the production machine.- Continuous improvement using six sigma methodology and OEE.- Direct/ manage production technicians.- Improvement of production machines via industrial control solutions such as PLC, HMI, inverter, temperature controller, and others.- Modify machine parts to improve their performance and reliability via electrical and software improvement.
