Job Description Overall Upkeep, Maintenance, Refresh, and Improvements of the Site Facilities. Create and review 52weeks Planner of Preventive Maintenance of all Facilities Equipment’sincluding the Chiller System, UP, and Generator set. Manage and budget the monthly requisition of Maintenance and Janitorial Supplies based on ourMonthly consumption data. Present accomplishments and updates during site staff meetings. Implementation based on Compliance with LGU/PEZA Standards on Workplace Safety Regular Update and Renewal of Mandatory Work Permits & Licenses such as FSIC, PTO, Safety Sealand ISO45001 Review and Revise the Evacuation plan and align with standards of BFP and Health and Safetyprotocols Manage and store hazardous waste based on its waste ID with proper containments. Discuss Facility Emergency and Disaster Preparedness Plan to Site Operation Leaders Site-level project implementation and management including Site Improvements and Replacementof Old and defective Facility Equipment’s Improve and maintain Landlord Business Relations and Coordination Perform Quarterly Business Meetings to Maintain Vendor Management, Validation, and Evaluation Document management including site information, contracts, as-built plans, maintenance recordsand reports. Energy Consumption & Efficiency Measures Monitoring & Reporting Periodically evaluates the operational status and efficiency ratings of all company-owned equipmentand tools including their budget appropriation needs and schedules for preventive maintenance,repair, replenishment, upgrades, and replacements Prepares and submits accurate tracking reports periodically on all ongoing and upcoming programsand initiatives including audit findings, corrective actions including their status Highly motivates the team to achieve and maintain outstanding customer experience in facilitiesmanagement service Develop, train others, enforce, and audit safety standards and regulations. Document safety policies,training, regulations, compliance, and adverse events. Conduct walkthroughs and formal audits toevaluate safety needs and policies Site Audit yearly for updating of HIRAC Responsible for the maintenance of all machinery and equipment in the building or technicalfacilities. Coordinates with respective vendors on the schedule of preventive maintenance of facilitiesequipment based on the maintenance schedules
