Control management:-Oversight of the 24/7/365 Transmission Control Room to ensure optimal network performance.-Maintain high safety standards while minimising stakeholder impact from planned and unplanned work through strategic oversight.-Collaborate with directly with the client and other key stakeholders on Transmission Operational Planning.Maintenance & Faults:-Maintain high levels of workplace safety while driving the planning and delivery of all operations and maintenance works, both preventative and corrective across the area transmission network.-Enhance operational and contract performance and ensure timely resolution of field issues.-Provide leadership for delivery partner contracts and strategic partnerships, ensuring service, safety, and standards are met while achieving cost savings and fostering long-term, effective relationships.Technical Services:-Oversee the technical services team to ensure profitability and sustainability.Identify and develop new business opportunities and support innovative technology applications.-Foster the development of new technologies for internal use and external marketing.Security:-Promote a strong security culture and ensure security considerations are integral to all business activities.-Develop, implement, and update the physical security strategy, policies, plans, and risk assessments for key assets.

-Ensure projects meet deadlines, regular monitoring of projects and appropriate countermeasures -Ensure effective, productive and optimized use of resources.  -Daily & Weekly reporting of projects both Internal and to the client. -Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.-Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.- Liaise with Supplier on Material deliveries and ensure that there is always enough stock against project requirements.  -Ensure Project materials are inspected against quality check before use.  -Ensure Project tools and equipment are in good conditions and plan for service or repairs on need basis. -Conduct Tx Testing using transport tools to ensure transport connectivity success - Responsible for Installation, Testing Commissioning and Integration of and putting the site on air  -Responsible for loading IDB, Scripts site configuration using OMT and commissioning software  -Support the simulation of BTS and troubleshooting of alarms for alarm clearing. - Identifies problem area according to analyzed data and give recommendations and solutions  -Conduct RSCAF/ PAT site acceptance

-Do RF survey for new and existing sites for 2G/3G/LTE - Supervise the installation of BTS, Rectifier, transport equipment, DAS. -Coordinating sites commissioning, integration and cutover -Collaborate with design and planning teams to ensure accurate implementation of OSP infrastructure.-Manage the construction and installation of fiber optic cables, conduits, and associated equipment in accordance with project specifications.-Perform quality assurance checks on OSP components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project guidelines.-Monitor and report project progress, addressing any issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.-Provide technical support and guidance to field teams, addressing on-site challenges and optimizing project workflows.-Document and maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and as-built drawings.-According to the site as-built plans submitted by the contractor, conduct a spot check and review on the nationwide sites in the Philippines, and feed back a review report, including the quantity of laid cables, quantity of loop holders, quantity of newly installed poles, quantity of grounding systems, quantity of new ODB equipment, and construction routes, etc.-According to the site as-built plans submitted by the contractor and the workload confirmed by the SE, review and confirm the site completion workload of the contractor online. If there is any disagreement or error in the workload, communicate and confirm with the contractor to ensure that the workload confirmed by both parties is based on the actual workload and meets the requirements of client and the project team.-Responsible for formulating project process and monitoring key pointsIn-charge of sorting out the site listResponsible for project planning, achieving the project delivery KPI according to milestone such as Design/ Permission/ RTA/ RTB/ PAT/ PAC and achieving the monthly KPI
