- Account Officer for more than 200 corporate accounts in Manila area. Handle Sales & Aftersales transactions for Sun Cellular Postpaid products.- Visit and conducts product presentation to Corporate accounts.- Conduct exhibits / sales blitzes in Malls and Offices. - Provide sales report daily to be sent to the AVP, Regional Manager & Area Head.

- Supervising / Team Leader for Sun Broadband Wireless account in Binondo Manila.- Support end-users for all technical concerns- Set individual sales target for Sales Associate and Sun Broadband personnel.- Manage / provide disputes for all technical complaints.- Attend Regional meeting and handle cascade of product advisory to store personnel.

- Assists in the monitoring, back-up procedures and preventive maintenance of equipments in the Network Operations Center.- Assists in providing in-house technical support for various network and configuration problems and follows proper escalation procedures to help facilitate resolution of client problems / queries.- Ensures that all Standard Operating procedures are being followed such as Closing & Opening Procedures, Service Monitoring Checklist, Generator Check-Up and On-call Response procedure, whenever necessary.- Responsible for securing data center premises as well as the company premises- Able to report data center equipment status and basic troubleshoots of servers, RAS, routers and modems.- Provide technical support during the events.

- Resolves all concerns and inquiries received thru the phone, e-mail and other sources pertaining to technical difficulties, after-sales, billing as well as products and services. Providing exceptional customer service/assistance either thru call support or on-site service.- Responsible for the installation of products and services and troubleshooting systems for walk-in clients and during on-site service.- Monitors and reports server downtimes and problems for escalation to proper departments.- Encoding all customers calls received thru ACCMAN for documentation and trend analysis.- Assist other departments in the computer, network and computer configuration.- Responsible for documenting and alerting the immediate officer for trends in customer calls.- Researches on new IT trends and updates.
