Recently promoted to this position I work with clients of Housing Works and other non profit organizations that may have a linkage with the Second Life Job training program, and are enrolled in our Job Training Program. Our clients have very diverse backgrounds amd come from different walks of life. Through counseling I help them hone their skills, work on.

I taught 3 core classes pertinet for clients, referred to as trainees who are enrolled in the Second Life Job Training Program. These classes help trainees develop their work skills by adressing their self esteem, ego and ego transactions taught from Dr. Eric Berne's Theory of Personality. They are also taught critical thinking skills concepts and chronic.

Interned here as a Guidance Counselor Assistant/ classroom pushin to help students that were in the Special Education class.

Worked with incoming freshman students that werr accepted to the HEOP program, to help them become acclimated to college life and maintain their GPA so they coukd remain in the HEOP program. Helped make referrals to various departments thst woukd help students attending. Also worked with the English Professor to help incoming students buold their writing.
