- Consistently increase sales over LY: 2011 - +105%, 2012 – +122%, 2013 – +129%
- Responsible for a team of 5 front desk clerks, and 3 Food and Beverage employees
- Assist in training program and daily processes
- FOSSE operating program for hotel which includes reservations/check in-out, processing transactions)
