•Work closely to Ship Repair Manager, Service and Customer Representative, attend daily meeting on board.•Responsible along with Ship Repair Manager / Planning Engineer for daily follow – up man hours reports.•Ensure all work carried out is invoiced to owners and keep Customers update with invoice value.•Present the total cost and draft invoice value for the Commercial Department before discussion with Customer.•Provide Customer with the final elements of the invoice, discuss, agree and finalize.•Follow up the Contract review and other reports•Study the owner’s specification and tender, all correspondence and documents related to repair order.•Preparing cost summary for the entire project, which includes the cost of labor, equipments, materials, subcontractors, overhead, taxes etc.•Estimating of cost base on the scope of jobs given by the Client (Additional jobs, emergency or urgent jobs)•In close coordination to Proposal Managers for the projects, submitting tenders and qualification.•In close coordination to quantity surveyor for the Work Done Certificate and Invoiced Jobs.
