 Responsible for evaluating Invoices of sub-contractors. Taking Site/Actual Measurements against sub-contractors Invoice application. Preparing Payment Certificates and all related documents to be attached into it. Preparing Sub-contract Agreement and all related documents. Ensure all Sub-contract Agreement is circulated and acquired the subcontract review sheet with approval/signed by higher management. Maintaining and ensuring all the files for Payments Certificate, Sub-contract Agreement, Subcontractor Variations, and all related correspondences for each subcontractor are in place in our Quantity Surveying (QS) File Folder. Monitoring and updating Payment status log, Subcontractor register, Subcontract Agreement preparation Log, DCA/CTN Register, and Internal Variation Log. Preparing Variation Order to Sub-contractors. Organizing and arranging payment application of subcontractors with regards to invoice, and proper substantiations. Meeting, Dealing and reconciliation of sub-contractors issues with regards to invoice application measured quantities, back charges and variation orders. Making Cost comparison. Monitoring and coordinating to Main office accounts department with regards to subcontractors debit notes/back charges, Incoming Invoices for Sub-con and payment dues for issuance of Cheques against payment certificates. Preparing Quantity Take-off and material estimates. Making letters for Sub-contractors and preparing DCA / CTN letters for PMC. Evaluates Invoice for Provisional Sum Package and preparing Payment Certificate with proper backup, matrix calculation sheet for each items. Monitoring payments between Contractor and Vendor / Contractor & Client for PS Package. Submit Monthly payment status report to Contracts Manager & Project Manager. Support and assist some of the works of Contracts Engineer. Doing other related works for Post Tendering.
